How do I make new buildings and edit existing ones to be used in any/all cultures? Ive figured out how to enable everything but the picture/image when trying to make an existing building work for multiple cultures. So what am i missing? Ive gone though every file ive seen and searched for hours hah.

you need 4 versions of the pics file. highways is an example:
#middle_eastern_c_highways
#middle_eastern_c_highways_constructed
#middle_eastern_highways
#middle_eastern_highways_constructed
