Everyone who is a fan of the metal band "Disturbed" post here. Here's some of my favorite songs by them:

when the union's inspiration through the worker's blood shall run,
there can be no power greater anywhere beneath the sun,
yet what force on earth is weaker than the feeble strength of one?
but the union makes us strong.

The only song I like from them in a prominent way is Land of Confusion. Which happens to be a cover from the original version made by Genesis.

Otherwise, it's too generic and mainstream. Repeating chorus', monotone voice, average/boring guitar rhythm's, drumming is hardly even noticeable, etc etc.

Don't get me wrong, they are must better than a lot of the stuff that comes out these days within the industry - and to be fair I can still listen to some of their songs - but the reasons above are too apparent and makes it hard for me to enjoy.

I find these faults are less apparent in their latest release as part of their new album coming out soon, though.

They are ok, their songs all sound too much the same though.

I think it's pretty cool how the guitarist is 40 and still rocking out

    Fantastic album, you're not alone.

In my opinion, Sons of Plunder, Prayer and Liberate are the best three songs they've ever written (in that order).

I have a fair number of their songs on my computers, they aren't the greatest band but they're pretty good and fun to listen to occasionally.
