    Default The Wise ones

My faction leader (Although far from a bad thing!) always gets the title "The Wise" from Wise administrator trait. even the pope got it! Ive had 5 in a row. Even though this is great and consistent for my economy... it is a bit redundant. Anyone else notice this, and anyone else wish to share their other titles?

I remember that my first king of Danemark had a pious title which granted all generals +1 chivalry and piety.it also granted priest +1 piety. His piety was maxed out though.later on all my kings had the wise traits and i see that most other factions kings have the same trait

I've only had one faction leader in 6.3 and his title is "the wise"... the heir's title is "the wrathfull" though, so it's all good.

I'm downloading 6.3 right now, I'll have a look into the files once I've played around a bit myself. But perhaps you should 'suggest' this also in the suggestions thread? Gracul might have a much better solution for this than I will make.

My fella got "The Wise" but after spending a few turns stationary (I didn't want the Danes flooding my lands while I was obeying a Papal order to desist attacking them, so his army was blocking them) he became "The Lazy". I wonder if these traits are a little too easy to pick up?

'The Lazy' isn't a faction leader specific trait with far-ranging effects. It's just another trait he picked up.

No, I know. But nevertheless I thought it was a little easy to "achieve" the lazy trait. In fact I've seen quite a few contradictory traits so far, for example. I also seem to be picking up the drinker/alcoholic traits in cities without a tavern building, which I thought was a requirement. Must have changed.

Gotten Wise, Greedy and Religious so far.

    A small guide.

    Wise adds -20% construction costs
Religious adds +1 Piety and Chivalry
Greedy adds about 30-40% increased trading and tax collection for the FL I think and some unrest, whilst generals only get 30-35% Tax collection bonus and some unrest. An ungodly good boost for a poor faction like my Roman Empire when at war!

Doesn't seem like the effects of "the Wise" are applying in my game, most of my settlements still have normal building costs.

Well i have to make it a lot more harder as these traits where designed to be "imba" traits, that only really well maintained leaders would get. -20% construction cost is like lol, but about the 'greedy', it can be a blessing and a curse at the same time! Consider the fact that your expanding fast, and you get a nice factionwide trait that lowers public order in these newly conquered cities...

These are all the traits btw:
{Merchant_Skills_desc}Proven to have uncanny merchant skills, this man will not let any merchant represent his realm poorly.
    {Merchant_Skills_effects_desc}+1 Finance to all merchants
    {Merchant_Skills}Merchant Skills
    ---
{RulerOfSicily_desc}Caesars and Caliphs once called this isle their own. Rule firmly and your people will be immortalized in Sicilian tradition as well.
{RulerOfSicily_effects_desc}+1 Command, +2 to movement points to all Admirals (increases sail range)
    ---
{Strictly_Religious_desc}Only by strictly following the holy rules can we avoid eternal damnation. Everyone needs to understand this!
{Strictly_Religious_effects_desc}+1 Piety to all generals and priests, +1 Chivalry to all generals... including self
    {Strictly_Religious}Strictly Religious
    ---
{Thinks_Of_His_People_desc}This man understands that the strongest fortress is the affection of his people... No man nor woman will ever walk hungry.
{Thinks_Of_His_People_effects_desc}+1% population growth in all settlements, reduced income from all settlements
    {Thinks_Of_His_People}Thinks of His People
    ---
{Greedy_Ruler_desc}Money is the only God this man ever believed in. It is all he ever wanted, and all he needs.
{Greedy_Ruler_effects_desc}+2 Authority, -2 Chivalry, -2 Piety, -3 from popularity (reduces public order), 35% bonus on tax income, -2 from popularity (reduces public order) to all generals, 30% bonus on tax income to all generals
    {Greedy_Ruler_epithet_desc}the Greedy
    ---
{Wise_Administrator_desc}"Employing a set of architects across the land will definitively prove useful."
{Wise_Administrator_effects_desc}20% decrease in construction costs in all settlements
    {Wise_Administrator_epithet_desc}the Wise

I might still add some if i have some good ideas.

How it works Gracul ? At first turn when I raise taxes to very high in all settlements I got "greedy" when I lower taxes to low level I got "wise" trait . It is just random trait or we must do sth to get trait that we need in proper time?

    How about something like this:
{Dreaded_Ruler}Rules his country with an iron fist, scaring his subjects into loyalty, though also causing unrest.
{Dreaded_Ruler_effects_desc}+2 loyalty to all generals, +2 law in all settlements, +2 unrest in all settlements, +2 dread, +2 authority
    {Dreaded_Ruler_epithet_desc}the Dreaded
    and maybe:
{Warmongering_Ruler}He has mastered the art of war, and is an inspiration to his generals. His enemies all fear him or his generals coming.
{Warmongering_Ruler_effects_desc}+3 command, +2 command to all generals, +2 dread, +1 dread to all generals
    {Warmongering_Ruler_epithet_desc}the Warmonger

One of my faction leaders got the wise in two turns. It should not only be a requirement, but too meet that requirement continuously for awhile if thats possible. because otherwise you build a nation on a template for the wise.

All my leaders seem to be getting 'The Wise' title aswell. Despite them just sitting on their capital doing nothing.
