Question about modifying the General's stats

Hello,
I'd like to know how I can modify the stats for only the general and not his body guards. I noticed that in this mod the general doesn't go down so easily which I really like. I'd like to increase his hp or defenses further if possible while keeping the stats for his body guard the same

Possible with more special traits and ancillaries.

At best you go into the RTW workshop forum, look there for such tutorials, or if not available, add your question, so somebody might give you a detailed help.
