    Default The new grass...

    With the 2d flowers all over the place. How do I get rid of that?

    P.s. I have no idea where any of my medieval2 folders are or anything like that. So, maximum detailed help would be welcomed


    Edit: Might as well as this here too... Can the scots still recruit the scots guards like they could in 6.1? I didn't see them in custom battles...

    make a backup of new_vegetation folder

    I've got no idea where things are. I honestly don't have a clue where to find these folders.

    It should be in your SS 6.3 data folder.

    C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\SS6.3\data\new_vegetation

    No matches are found when I type "SEGA" into my search box.. I may have installed this game waaay wrong.

    well where did you install it? You have to know if you wanna find the folders

    Or you could check the properties of your SS6.3 shortcut. The path to the target should be mentioned but I'd half expect that it isn't. Ghost-SS6.3-Installation. Maybe at midnight the daisies turn into zombies.

    copy the new_vegetation folder in SS data and paste it in vanilla med2/data/ and overwrite

    Does SS 6.3 have a shortcut? If so, simply right click on the image and click "Open file location." From there, you should be able to find what your looking for by following the list of files provided by TheKnightRoberts.
    Works for me anyway

    right click on the quick icon/launcher/whatever you start your game with and choose "open file path" or something similar (I have a swedish computer and thus don't know the english versions correct name)... it should be in the top of the list... (Öppna filens sökväg in swedish)

    EDIT: darn I am tired today... Sanderlicious posted this 12 hours ago....

    So, to get the old grass back, I'm suppose to paste the new_vegetation folder into the vanilla data folder?

    Yeah, same for me. Could anyone offer a clear description of what to do?

    Just delete or remove the new_vegetation folder and you will have the good old grass back!

    Yeah, make it easy. But make a backup just in case, as with everything, so that you can get those 2d daisies back in the future if you want (for whatever reason).
