Copyright apply?

Just wondering if I were too say... palce an Assassins Creed video into one of my mods, would that be a copyright infringement? Im not using it for profitable gain, and I believe I saw some copyright law about it on youtube some time ago, but I'm not sure. I also wanted to check that if I did such a thing, would that submod be allowed on TWcenter?

No it wouldn't be allowed on TWC. You could use it for your own personal copy but you would not be allowed to distribute it to other people.

Yes, I can imangine that being a rather large can of worms that total war center does not want to touch with a 17-footlong pole. Perfectly fine for your own personal usage though, and there may be different standards regarding copyright infringement and fair usage on a different forum community.
