    Default Rebels

    Anyone else notice them putting up a good fight? They built a fort in Milan and have 2 full flag armies, and several settlements that normally fall much faster are still rebel! Viva la Revolution!

    They are very strong in certain important cities. Such as Bruges and Toulouse where (as is the case with Bruges) they have swiss pikemen. This is to deter you from capturing it right away and for historical accuracy.

    yeh ive noticed they are abit tougher, ive been seiged a few times by rebels already after about 35 turns
