Default Queens ... Is it possible?

Probably it has been asked many times before, but I couldn't find an answer... And probably as well it is hardcoded, but is there any mod that enables Queens? Like Elizabeth of England? I just saw the movie and I asked myself if is there anyway to have a Queen as a faction leader as well.
Cassius: "Our men at arms have secured the city. We've received representatives from all the best elements. The senate is with us, the knights are with us."
Brutus:"The pontifs, the urban cohorts, the lictors guild..."
Antony: "Oh, the lictors guild, very good. Only rally the bakers and the flute players and you can put on a festival."

You could always give a General the trait Secretly a Woman, like the priests get.

I was thinking about ladies in general (not AS generals)... when a married general dies in a battle, shouldn't there be a risk that the missus will die with him??? and if a settlement captures a plauge, the missus might also get killed... is the missus codes hardcoded also?

Maybe its just coincidence, but during the plague ive had 2 or 3 wives die of natural causes. But I dont think one would die after a battle. The italian general who drags his wife with him on crusade is a dread general

Of natural causes? I think that is because she was getting too old... Not sure though
