No, but I understand why you would say that. He is German though.

That's a Napoleonic uniform right there so I would assume he's a general in a German army / regiment. Prussian or Austrian.

Correct! Albert Göring (1895 - 1966), the younger, relatively obscure, but infinitely superior brother of Hermann Göring. Unlike his brother, Albert was vehemently anti-Nazi and never missed an opportunity to use his surname and family connections to help as many of those who were being persecuted as he could.

There is also this but, with a running time of an hour and 24 minutes all in majestic 240p, it could perhaps be considered as optional:

Alcide De Gasperi?
A interesting choice.

He is indeed Alcide De Gasperi
An interesting choice you say? Well, like with any other important character there are many controversial facts and anecdotes about his political life.. what I liked of him was his humility, the fact that he never exploited, not to say abused, the privileges of being an important politician and, most of all, the fact that he did never put his own interests in front of those of Italy.. when you look at who someone was, read what their enemies said of him.
Sorry for the digression, this is not the place for talking about him.. so, you'r up Querida
