    You are very close, chronologically and geographically, but Palmyra is not the answer. Keep in mind that the precise identification of the statue is not certain, but both candidates shared the same name.

    Sanatruces it is, although it could also be Sanatruces I. Great guy, tremendous monarch, ruled over Hatra, which was vandalised, together with Palmyra, by the jihadists of ISIL.
