    No. Rozanov is right. This is different. When I moved my merchant over resource where was neutral merchant I heard suicide screaming and then he simply disappeared from the map before my merchant actually arrived! Initially I didn't know that neutral merchant was there cause in fog-of-war you can see only resource, but after my merchant arrived at resource destination, things became more clear. At least I died too but from uncontrolled laughing LOL.

    The other thing I want to report is in other thread one guy showed picture of alone Byzantine general at south-east Italy peninsula near Sicilians. However I noticed similar thing with Genoa faction leader alone at beginning of turn 5 somewhere in Bosnia or even Serbia. I mean what the... he is doing there and how so fast (in only 4 turns)? It was Late camp with bug fixes additions in OP.

    But just saying that was not the faction leader, and it was Early campaign with all fixes. But I was still laughing so hard

    I was thinking that the neutral (slave) merchants might have zero movement points and therefor die if you move onto their location the way you described. You could always push merchants from their spot that way - only I'm not sure about a) them having zero movement points and b) can't remember if zero mp leads to actual death. Now that I think about it I think it doesn't matter

    Story 1: "I am famous all-important ugly Venetian bankst... err... I mean merchant, BEWARE all you petty little local merchants! I am coming!!!"

    Local merchant in Serbia (or is it Bosnia?) on golden mine: "NOOOOoooo!!! My dear wife, I am too tired escaping those Venetian merchants all over Mediterranean... I can't stand this... anymore... Look at my...stamina... err... movement points. Am too tired to escape all my life... bye... "

    Story 2: Note to myself: "Well, no one will suspect in Sicilian countryside that I am actually Venetian spy if I dress myself in Byzantine general's uniform! A brilliant idea! After all, err... we Italians too have big noses like Greeks and they also like to call themselves Romans, so anyway no one will notice the difference "

    Um. There will be no fix for the priest attempt if thats what you mean. In that case as bane said you must move another unit first and then try. That is all.

    Yes, neutral merchants get 0mp if they finally sit on a resource. That might be the actual cause. I won't change it tho, as neutral merchants liked to sit 1turn on a resource and then move away...

    Just wondering Gracul, do the rebels produce merchants? through buildings and such, not script.

    Well, that Genoa King must have SOME reason what he is doing in my campaign alone some 1500 kilometers (700 or 800 miles) away from Genoa at the start of turn 5 and I think his lost daughter and senility are good enough reasons.

    But I will stop here to allow serious people to report serious bugs.

    My turns are taking an absurdly long time to complete. I got used to the slightly longer turns in SS 6.1 but this is just crazy.

    I have an oc'd e8500, 4gb ram, ATI 5770 oc'd, etc. which played 6.1 just fine but I'm at a loss with 6.3

    Also, apologies if this is in wrong thread.

    Game locks up on the start of turn 52.

    Savage AI, permenent arrows, early campaign with scotland.

    This isn't a bug so yeah, wrong thread. But atleast you apologized. If you want a faster turn time, dont play with as many scripts, go install my submod in the submods section (or click my sig), clean out your computers dust etc.

    SS 6.3
    Playing as the crusader states now for third time and always around turn 20:
    [system.rpt] [error] Medieval 2: Total War encountered an unspecified error and will now exit.This happened 2 times in a battle and one time switching turns. Settings are the hardest on all options. Playing late era campaign.

    Further more:
    -time between turns 1-2minutes, is acceptable.
    -Intro movie when starting game doesn't run, it did one time when i just installed the mod and chose the option 'run game now'.
    -I have updated the banners (early and late) but khwarizam banner in the game isn't correct.(does someone know were these files can be found of the banners in the game on the campaign map. I thought in data->banners->textures:The texture and transtexture file i replaced but it didn't work).
    -Nice move you did with the byzantines, make rebel states of constantinopple,... and put stakes of rebels (crusaders) in it. Fourth crusade nicelly done.
    -rebel agents very good idea
    -In SS 6.1 you have announcements when capitals have fallen and when generals have had major victories. Maybe it can be add to 6.3 in the future.
    -First time i started (always hardest settings) playing as the crusader states i was wipped out by turn ten. The game is a real challenge now, i do like it very much thank you modders.

    running on clean full game installation, vista home premium edition, intel core 2 duo cpu 7400, 2.8 Ghz,4Gb ram and nvidia geforce Gt 140

    I did all the fixes that are written in the first post, reinstalled the game and the banners didn't get fixed of jerusalem and khwarezmian. Now today something strange happened, i did the setup patch for the early era campaign because i wanted to get a look to the starting positions of the factions in that era. I again used the patch after that to restart my late era campaign, reloaded my saved game...and would you believe all my banner bugs are gone now, as well on the campaign map as in the battles. What fixes and reinstalling could not, using patches to switch campaigns could.

    Probably the switching of campaigns made that the fixes work properly...

    Ok i dont know where to report this error but there does not seem to be another section for it...
    I am having 8 generals and 12 conquered settlements but still my faction heir who is married to a princess is not having any children and even the rest of married generals..the unmarried generals are not getting married...
    I am sorry but i dont know where to post this..its not a bug but then why..never encountered such a problem with SS6.2 RR/RC

    Conquer a few more settlements. There is a hardcoded family members:regions controlled ratio that if you dip below it, you wont get marriage or adoption offers or new kids being born until you get more regions.
