    Description of Daylami infantry is all wrong.
    Daylam was an area currently part of NW Iran bordering on the Caspian Sea.
    (nothing to do with the steppes.)
    Daylam also known as Gilan.

    That's BGR, not 6.3.
    Anyway, it was fixed in Fixes 2.0.

    forgot to say: i did install the fixes(before my new game) with the installer and have that diplomat.

    i've started a new campaign and mongols are still some time away before they span.....what i want to ask,is the missing text from the mongol priest also resolved?

    Guessing you are refering to EMT_MONGOLS_PRIEST_2?

    The fixes Meneth mentions need a campaign restart - you can remove those traits manually with the console or leave them as they are largely cosmetic. No new diplomat will receive them so any surplus supply traits will die with the character.

    Im still getting a CTD on turn 51 after ive installed the fix, im playing scotts and its a save game that im using at turn 51.

    Hi my present game with the Kingdom of Aragon has just crashed and i havent been able to find out a fix for it from reading the posts in this forum.
    Forgive me if i have missed the fix but im playing early era and am at winter 1201 AD and the game crashes on the mongols turn (they have just appeared).
    I have not had any bugs up untill now...
    If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.

    you need to start a new campaign after installing the fix - the save game will overwrite (in memory) the fix when you load it.

    The fix for the 51 turn crash should be savegame compatible - its also possible that UAC/Program files protection blocked the patch.
    Others had that issue and fixed it by manually moving the patched folder (extracted on their desktops or elsewhere) onto their SS6.3 one and overwriting the files manually that way.

    No idea whats wrong but thats the entry in the 2.1 fix (and 2.0 should have it as well). Sure the fixes took?

    Add that file below in SS6.3\data\text and let me know how it works. Reapply the fixpack if it doesn't work out.

    The text entries should update midcampaign, the diplomat issue needs a restart. If you apply 2.1 apply the text rar after that, as 2.1 has an older version.

    i see, going to start new campaign....keep you posted if i find something....downloaded and installed all fixes again. Now i'm going to run SS_Setup again so fixes take effect for sure. I suppose l beter post in the other topic you guys started for the text thing.
