Trouble with SPQR

Hi guys just re-download this mod because it is the best I've seen so far lol
Well the fact is that I have the original RTW the problem is that I download the patch 1.3 and 1.5 and then install the mod SPQR, all in one folder.
Then when I start the game nothing appears new to me as a burden without changing the original RTW, and when I play a quick battle for example, I return to the desktop.

I am writing this with the google translator because I am Spanish, so sorry if something is not understood. lol

Did you install SPQR in the right directory?

C:\...\Activision\Rome - Total War

Or

C:\...\Sega\Rome - Total War
