Default Auto resolve in hot seat

Hi guys, i was wondering how to make defending battles in the hot seat campaing playeable, in this mod i always use 2 factions, this time eriador and gondor but i have lost full stacks from turn to turn.
i know that the TATW .cfg must be edited, i had it working with the 1.4 patch but i erased the folder to install 2.1, can someone tell me how, or can someone upload the TATW .cfg
    thanks a lot guys

wow i did it!! there is a huge trick, every time that i loaded my old campaing, the one with the forced auto resolve in defense it somehow changes the TATW.cfg back to the vanilla status (have now idea how) however if i start a new campaing without loading the other one works, then i could load every time the new one and the file stays changed... its a bit tricky
