HELP!

Sorry I didn't know where to put this so I just put it here as Napoleon is the main game I play.
My Steam is not working though! Offline mode just refuses to work! It tells me it can't connect to the Steam network and just does nothing!
Please help!

Try Reinstal and try to download updates. Why you wanna use Offline mode?

Well, I can't you see cause I don't have a wireless router on my other computer (The one I am using to play Napoleon)

Yes, what you need to do is connect only for a short while to a network, and THEN set it to offline. Then you can disconnect and it'll work fine.

Steam needs to periodically connect to its servers, otherwise it won't work.

Steam's DRM will require a connection at least once a month or it won't let you play-even in offline mode.
