Heh, I like Goodell but that is a pretty good picture.
Practice with "scrimmage like conditions" tonight for the Bengals. We are getting close.
Stupid Braylon Edwards, have fun in San Fran next year, you and Crabtree can be best buds.
^Edwards didn't seem to have many options and that appears to be pretty evident considering the deal San Fran gave him. I hadn't heard of any team that would have been a better potential fit for him really. He can be the star in San Fran and hit the free agent market again quickly in hopes of a better deal. San Fran has a legit shot of winning the crappy NFC West after all.
?????
That makes no sense whatsoever for him to leave the Jets.
^The Jets wanted Plaxico for whatever reason. I don't know if they were trying to resign Edwards after signing Plax, but SanFran must have offered the better deal regardless.
I doubt San Fran has any chance of winning the division. Their offense is still pathetic, defense isn't great either. I believe the Rams and Seahawks are superior to the 49ers.
^I'll agree that the Rams probably have the best chance assuming Bradford continues to improve, but I doubt anyone can seriously predict who is going to win that division. The 9ers are still stuck with Smith, the Seahawks don't have a QB, and it's hard to say how successful Kolb will be in Arizona. All the teams are mediocre to poor really and have just as good a shot as each other. Everyone thought the Rams were going to make it last year only to be topped by the Seahawks in week 17.
I think the Rams are a pretty decent team.
If the winner of that division has a winning record than I will say there a decent team.
7-9 or 8-8 division winners are not good teams.(Props to Hawks for beating a Saints team though in playoffs)
I would like to see the Rams get to the playoffs, for Jax's sake if nothing else.
