Using Steam and mod folders

Just a quick enquiry. I have decided to download RTW from Steam to get away from always using discs and I am led to believe that Steam will only run mods that are mod foldered by editing the launcher script for each mod you may want to play. I am also led to believe that RS2 will NOT be mod foldered....

Soooooo does anyone have any suggestions on how to get around this intractible problem for steam users???? Or is it a case of just playing RS2 or nothing (Not that that is a bad option )

RSII is indeed not modfoldered.
But we have steam users in the beta tester team which managed to play RSII with little trouble.
The detailed instructions will be in the release thread.
