Sound issues with user.script.txt

Hello I'm one who have problems with user.script file. I lose in-game sounds sometimes
( That means almost every time) . When I stop Playing it and I exit from game and later I wanna continue my campaign and again I go into game, then there is no sound. But I managed out what is problem and its user.script file in my scripts folder ( Yes I made it perfectly like in tutorials and I'm not noob ) .
I exit from game again and I go into scripts folder, I delete user.script file and I start again game with modmanager ( It makes newone ) then all sound is back again and everything works perfectly.

Maybe someone can teach me how to avoid it and make so my game sounds works always perfectly?

clean the garbage, clean the registry, ccleaner is a good program for that
