Can't install BC.

When I try to install Broken Crescent it gives this error.

I'm the administrator and it's still not working. Normally the UAC prompts me to install things this time I believe it didn't

It says i have to make a backup for my med2tw folder ... but i don`t have the space to make such a big backup... what if i install BC 2.03 without making the backup ? Also i have KGCM and SS6.2RR/RC retrofit mods ... i heard it won`t interfere, but i`m double checking.

Right-click on installer and choose "Run as Administrator". Also, don't install it in Program Files.

Well, nothing special will happen. You will either install it succesfully or not. In the latter case re-installation process will be longer and that's it.

Aw why has this suddenly gotten so complicated. All my medieval files are in program files, so do I have to copy them elsewhere? I really don't want to have to do that. And normally I just click to run the applications I download instead of saving and then opening them, I guess I should change that habut.

It's nothing complicated in the fact that UAC will make problems in case you like to install mods in Program Files. That's how UAC works. Program Files aren't a folder like any other for UAC.

If you want to have your games in Program Files, you need to have total ownership of proper folders and use "Run as Administrator" option.
