I´m helping to translate RS II into German and I have a problem with one ancillari !

What does TrainingUnits +1 mean ?
Can we recruit one more unit per Round or does it mean one more Moralpoint for recruit units or what else (better weapon, better armour) ?

I hope somebody can help me !

P.S. this is one effect of the Priestess of Baal as example!
