It will be an unofficial patch.
Most likely just a couple of files you need to add to your RS 2 folder.

hey ie downloadet and copied everything and playing my roman campain atm.I think uve done really good work,but i still have one question: is it normal that unit and building descriptions are still in english?
another point which is a bit strange (not bad it only looks a bit unnormal ) is "Freie-Menschen" Armee

Yes this is normal because this will be done in another version.
It had took to much time and with this first version you have the important things in german !
