Stewpid strength ratio bug...

I'm playing as the Prussians and the strength ratio before the battle doesn't seem to work. It either shows me as dramatically powerless, or extremely powerful compared to the enemy, and so I can't play drop-in battles...
Any idea how to fix this?

Edit: it changes to the right ratio in-game, and then the strength ratio is 50/50
