I would say that I can do the same as the good Reverend and I do pretty well in txt editing,some scripting IF NEEDED, adding units(I am not very good at making them though), and minimal coding.

Oblivion-style armor will have only imperial battlemags and cavalry.

Thats not what I mean not Oblivion, you know how the Empire is ruled by Imperials. well the imperial legion were the guards they were legionaries to be specific. But my question is what armor does the legionaries wear in this game? Like with the Balmora Legionaries have different armor than say the Synda Neen Legionaries.

Balmora (Ald'ruhn) legionaries is guards of Great Houses, which serve in the legion is only formally. All bone-armored units will belong to Great Houses.
