Alexander camera problem

Hello, I have big Alexander camera problem causing me to play Roma Surrectum through BI. When I choose some unit or place and click on it to scroll camera to it, it goes normally but I want to do it faster so I scroll the mouse to the top to do it but instead of that the camera would quickly come to selected unit/place it stops in the place which is annoying. Anyone have the same problem/can help?

Yea its just Alexander. Happens on mine too , don't think its fixable but you get used to it.
