How to manually install Broken Crescent?

I really love the skins and textures from Broken Crescent. They're extremely beautiful.

But my goal is to just to move the skins from Broken Crescent (particularlly for Middle Eastern factions) into the vanilla MTW2 game for my own personal use.

Is there a way just to download the files themselves without installing the entire mod? If so, how?

No, there's no such possibility.

You need to download the mod and then isolate those files. It really doesn't make much of a difference, because those are units which take most of place in the BC 2.02 package.
