Default Question about March of time event and age

    Hello

I play a Roman campaign on EB 1.2 and have some questions.

I just build a imperial palace in Rome(218 bc). The March of time event didnt fire, am I missing something?

I als have another problem. My family members and diplomats just wont die.
My first faction leader became 107 years old ( Killed in battle). Now i have tons of 90+ men and nobody dies.

    Anyone know why?

    MoT:
    1. You need two huge cities in Italy.
    2. The MoT is of absolutely no importance for the Romani in EB, so don't worry.

    Faction leaders:
Playing EB on the Alexander expansion (1.9) instead of RTW 1.5 or BI 1.6 without adapting it (or using the sub-mod for alexander) will cause those immortal FM's - from old age that is, battle can indeed kill them.

To get the March of Time, I believe you need one other huge city in Italy besides Roma. You need two huge cities.

Wow. That's weird. My family members usually never make it past 63 years. The eldest was 68 so far.

If you want to get rid of a few FM/diplomats, put them on a boat and search for pirates. Or send them to the front and put them in cities that will be besieged. Then let the enemy take the city, thus killing your entire garrison. Then retake the city.
