    Default Units not responding

In tactical battle, I am besieging and the foe is sallying. My units are spread out. I give them new positions and tell them to run. And they just run past their designated stations. I try to give them positions again and they do not respond, only continue running in the original direction. The units are not routing, their morale is eager. I already reloaded the savegame and tried again. Same thing.

    What is happening?

Well the AI has great troubles at pathfinding in some sieges... But i've never heard of anything so drastic. Which city are you besieging?

I'll assume Petra has no walls? This is a well known RTW bug, EB can't change here anything, it is harcoded

No, Petra has no walls. So the absence of walls causes this? What if I attack them?

That will make only a slight difference in my observance. You have to click behind the area where the walls stand normally, this helps me.

OK, I played through the battle. I positioned my troops farther away from the city. At first they ran past their designated positions but the second time they stood as they should.

    Thanks for the help.
