Installation Issue...

I've downloaded the mod files and apparently installed them, but there are no .exe format files that I can find. It seems that only the readme and guide, etc. files were installed. What did I do wrong?

What do you mean? If you installed properly the downloaded mod into your RTW folder, then just hit the regular icon to play it.

Yes when you install SPQR the original RTW files get altered. There is a SPQR icon in on of the folders so your able to change the regular RTW icon in to the SPQR one.

I've tried playing the game with the mod installed, but nothing seems to have changed. What can I look at specifically and quickly to see if I've installed the mod correctly, or if I need to try again.

I suggest you follow link in my signature for detailed description on how to uninstall and install again also, if you are using Vista or such, it tends to cause problems-
