I have read similar cases, but back in the day, I mean in the times of the Roman empire and such, this ahs to be the first case like this I hear that has happened on this century.

It is likely though that one of the grandparents had white skin. I know that at least dark skin can jump one generation.

I consider it vastly more likely that a mixed child will come out very white, than a pure black coming out White. I still say she was sleeping around.

such ocurrences are pretty normal given the number of births every year. There are reports that a white couple gets a black baby once in a while as well.

In school I had a teacher like that. He had really curly yellow blond hair, blue eyes, and there was something about his voice. It wasn’t until I saw him with his wife and their baby, both of whom were black, that I worked it out.
We have thousands of genes in total but only a few hundred max are involved in race. Black people of Caribbean origin have a few white ancestors so perhaps it isn’t that surprising.
