Newbie needs help plz

Hello!

I would first like to congratulate the team that made KGCM which is excellent and vastly superior to the vanilla campaign.

I would like to customize a bit my game and I really need your help for that:

1) I am playing with Byzantium and I don't know if it's related or not, I get some oriental/arabic music on the campaign map. I am not really fond of that type of music and it does make me cringe at times. Is there no way to reverse the music back to that of the vanilla campaign?

2) How can I edit a faction's objectives so as to make the campaign harder or easier accordingly?
