City names

Hello!

Where do I change the names of the cities from capital letters (which I don't fancy very much) to original text? I'm talking about in what file, not in-game (as I want to make all cities have regular text - not only the ones I control).

I don't know which file that would be.

But do you know that in DLV a caps settlement name means that the settlement can progress to the final tier walls?

It also helps you work out where you need to send your king in order to steal the crown of another nation.

But it doesn't look good though... they should have marked the city with a hex or something.

Back up the file. DO NOT change any names inside the brackets.
