Is it just me?

So I am currently running the ETW Mod Manager v1.5 and as I scroll down the list I noticed that patch packs 2-5 all had conflict notifications along with my IS mod packs and my AUM submod packs. I seem to run the game fine and I don't run into any problems as well as all the content from the mod being there (as far as I can tell). So unless the defenition of conflict has changed in the past decade, I'm just not getting it. Or is this normal?

CA files are mostly in release or patch format, I think, while mod files are mostly in mod format. The game loads files of different formats in a certain order, those loaded last overriding the former, if I remember correctly. That's why two files containing the same data could still work together, despite being nominally in conflict.
