Elite Units of America DLC textures locked?

The dds textures from Elite Units of America won't load, any who else of have the is problem? The error messages says they're not dds files. Yes I bought the pack so I assume that is not the problem. The Elite units of the West do load though.

If you bought a DLC properly and it still won't show in game you should talk with the official support for the game.

On the other hand, if you're trying to load the textures in an external program, it is entirely possible that they are indeed locked.

I know that CA has gone to quite a bit of trouble to make sure that modders can't just mod those units into the game when they haven't been bought.

I can confirmed that textures are locked and Photoshop will not open them.Same applies to models even if you bought the packs, you will not be able to use models through models swap in DB editor. ETW will simply crash

These files are "encrypted" in .pack by what seems to be straightforward xoring with stream cipher.
You will not get to them just because you paid for DLC. You could hack your way to them if you really wanted.
I think I have good idea how and I only accidentally stumbled upon them in other decoding.

But please don't. DLC is ing evil and it's killing modding community. Just be good and stay away from DLCs.
There are so many better units available from modders, why would anybody sane pay for DLC ones, or even want them?
