If empire works on a computer, will napoleon?

lets say empire works on my comp. low settings will it work low settings napoleon?

Yes, perhaps even better because Napoleon is a much better optimized game.

Yep, if you ran it at low, there might be a chance that you can now run some things on Medium. I had Empire and I could only manage Low-Medium Settings but now I can run on Medium.

Yeah, Empire ran on my rig (which is quite poor compared to some of these guys here) and I found Napoleon to load faster, run smoother, have less click-lag and looked better while doing it.
