    Default Casse Reform?

Hi guys I have recently started playing the mod again, and really enjoying it! So thanks for that to all involved!

But I have been looking on Google, trying to figure out how to get the Casse reform!

Can anyone help me out and instruct me how to do this please?

I read you have to build 4 LV3 forums, but does this mean you have to have 4 LV3 Goverments to construct them, as on my campaign I cant build forums only the markets? (most my buildings are LV1)

Also playing the Casse campaign on hard campaign, medium battles, but I have found it quite easy to defeat the rebel tribes within britian, will the battles get harder if the Romans etc show up later in the campaign?

P.s the forums are not in the Casse building chart either?

Never post without looking for the info first but kinda lost here! Thanks!

I think the L3 forums are only for level 2 governments, not totally sure. I think your better off converting all governments to level 2 before you cross over to Gaul. Just so you have a very good economy and about 4-5 stacks with one of them being made up of militia so you can put them in settlements after you conquer them. I remember after I landed and Gaul in about 230 it took me about 7 years to take out the Arverni and the Aedui. Then the Romani came poking at my territories and well lets just say that Rome is over rated. I can say though Casse was my first barbarian faction I played with and the first time you sack Rome feels pretty good.

    Roma...will....fall.
