ship combat not working properly

Anywhere I can file a bug report? After a while ships in combat just stop shooting despite having loaded guns and fire at will set to on(which I never touch, and it was shooting fine for 55 minutes before). Even manual shooting doesn't work you can just click over and over but it never fires. I spent an hour carefully keeping my brig out of range of a much larger ship using speed and good manouvering and then the crew suddenly forgets how to shoot cannons! Not taking any hits, even when I moved well within range it still wouldn't shoot so I just got shot. Then they remembered for a bit, then they forgot again. Guns loaded but not firing. I even checked the side that hadn't fired for 50 minutes and it wouldn't fire on manual.
There is something seriously messed up with the shooting and I had to just give up. Thanks for wasting my life.

I've verified it a few times and it always says the same thing.
Seems like something to do with manual targetting so I guess I'll have to report it.
