Default norway disobedient to liege/ dungeon problem

Hello, I'm not sure if this problem has been addressed yet but Norway has a disfunctional capital with oslo as the "seat of power" but bregen as the place to be crowned and the place to build dungeons. I was locked in Oslo with my new king early in the campaign so I couldn't get to bregen to become crowned in time, therefore receiving the offending the nobility trait. Fair enough. However, I had one disobedient governor whom i wanted to throw in the dungeon but I can't get the script to work. I know that the king has to present with the 'prisoner' but bregen isn't the true capital apparently. I pitifully tried combinations, with the prisoner at bregen and king at oslo, vice versa, 2 of em at bregen, 2 of em at oslo. I think I can just mess with the console to give him the "thrown in dungeon" trait right? Can someone give me the command for that?

    Thanks in advance

So solve the problem you created there. If he is crowned and still causing rebellion then you haven't let him earn the trust of the nobles. Make him fight every battle, they probably despise him for being untested.

AFAIK that script sometimes stops working. Apparently sometimes it's due to the steps in the process being performed wrong.

In your situation I just make my king engage in much slaughter, take new lands, etc. Or failing that, he dies. Everyone will be happy soon enough.

its funny though because the dungeon is located at bergen but the supposed capital is at oslo. You get crowned at bergen also. However, when you palce the king and the guy you want to punish at bergen with a built dungeon, the script doesnt turn on. Is that because bergen is not really the capital?

Could be, yes. You can try with the king in Oslo and the disobedient guy in Bergen, I suppose.

Thorolf was thus armed. Then Thorolf became so furious that he cast his shield on his back, and, grasping his halberd with both hands, bounded forward dealing cut and thrust on either side. Men sprang away from him both ways, but he slew many. Thus he cleared the way forward to earl Hring's standard, and then nothing could stop him. He slew the man who bore the earl's standard, and cut down the standard-pole. After that he lunged with his halberd at the earl's breast, driving it right through mail and body, so that it came out at the shoulders; and he lifted him up on the halberd over his head, and planted the butt-end in the ground. There on the weapon the earl breathed out his life in sight of all, both friends and foes. [...] 53, Egil's Saga
I must tell you here of some amusing tricks the Comte d'Eu played on us. I had made a sort of house for myself in which my knights and I used to eat, sitting so as to get the light from the door, which, as it happened, faced the Comte d'Eu's quarters. The count, who was a very ingenious fellow, had rigged up a miniature ballistic machine with which he could throw stones into my tent. He would watch us as we were having our meal, adjust his machine to suit the length of our table, and then let fly at us, breaking our pots and glasses.
