Re: Installing
Firstly, Welcome to the forums. It's always nice to see new faces.
Secondly, I'm going to move this thread.
Thridly, I don't really understand your question. Are you talking about installing "Medieval 2", "Kingdoms", or the actual mod?

Re: Installing
I think he doesn't even have Kingdoms installed.. ( The mod uses the Teutonic campaign map, so I am sure you need additional adds from Kingdoms expansion. )
I bet that is your problem.

Re: Installing
Do you have Vista or Windows 7? If so, try turning off your UAC.

Re: Installing
Ok, try turning off your UAC and deleting the "teutonic" folder in your Virtual Storage (C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War).

Re: Installing
Not in the Virtual Storage. Any files you have in the Virtual Storage will take priority over the ones in the M2TW directory.

Re: Installing
Just click the "My Computer" icon and follow this directory: (C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War).
