    1. Alt-tab out and see if you have a popup from your antivirus or firewall.
    2. check to be sure permissions are given for Steam and Napoleon through your firewall.
    3. Are you logged in as Administrator?
    4. Are Steam and napoleon set to "run as Administrator"?
    5. Delete all mods if any installed.
    6. Delete the scripts folder and verify your game cache.
    7. Delete clientregistry.blob.

    4) right-click the icon, click properties, click advanced, click "Run as Administrator", Okay, and should be good to go.

7). It's in your Steam folder.

In properties, look on the bottom where the read-only and hidden boxes are.

Seems interesting in that thread there Irish, that when they installed .Net Framework 4.0, it helped, yet for mine it didn;t help...

Also it seems I have two .Net framework things, one is a .Net Framework 4 client profile that i got through a windows update and then the one I downloaded that just says .Net Framework 4.0. Should I have two?

If you check their specs, odds are theirs are newer than yours. Back to my opinion about pushing out the old tech.

I doubt it, I updated all the drivers to the latest ones. Ive played this before on this same video card and it worked perfectly, I am suspecting the newest patch did something, as there are a lot of users over at the yuki forums that have the same problem..
