Adding your own music to this mod

Hi,
I have a question,

I have downloaded the whole mod in ONE download, I've installed and it works perfectly, however, I always add my own music to the game, and after doing that, (extracting the sounds, backing up the normal music and events.dat/idx) placing the music in the right folder and editing the music.txt file...

I get a CTD and then the next time I DO hear the music but then there is no voices and sounds on the game...
after checking the voice and sounds.txt files, they direct me to the sounds folder but there are no voices in that file...

can anybody help me plz?
