    YES IT'S A TOY!

I just wonder, nothing actually, I mean just really wonder
It seems to be that I based on real world though (or at least unit in game I'm not sure).
Pant and boots looks like guard seamen's, but above that....meh just a toy actually.

    Just wonder

Ps. Ignore that his rifle looks rather more like bolt-action.

In case you have forgotten how their pants looks like (Not exactly alike but it reminding me of)

Admiral, perhaps? Guard Seamen wore hussar-like shakos, not bicorns.

These are 1780's-era uniforms for French naval infantry.

Bicorns were not particular to officers prior to 1805 or so, in most cases. They started to be replaced by shako's by 1800, though. The Prussian line infantry wore bicorns up until 1806 or so.

Sorry gentlemen. I'm sure it's a Spanish regiment, possibly Waloon Guards but I'll try to find a picture. The cockade gives it away as a Spanish regiment at least

Somehow, I suspect that the people who put this toy together probably didn't even do as much research as CA into uniforms of the period. Thus, it would not be unreasonable to suspect that this little fellow is a mishmash of uniforms. His uniform bears a strong resemblance to SEVERAL units, of varying nationalities. And time periods.

They probably don't even know what a cockade is.

Well yes it's not very accurate but the cockade is definitely Spanish. On second thoughts it looks like a heavy cavalry regiment. One of these, but the bayonet on the carbine is strange

That's about as close as I can get. Spanish Heavy Cavalry 1800. Pretty obvious to me but you must decide.(Carabineros reales. Guardias de Corps.)

While the uniform more closely resembles a late 18th century French marine. And the trousers and boots could be from several early 19th century units.

    It's a mish-mash.

Since his uniform is some kind of mix of Spain and France, shall we just say he's Andorran?

I went out and bought it, about the carbine that look strange, is because It's absolutely is Mauser KAR98 with weird bayonet

possible with multi-national references , but the toy company is however German (Playmobil)

Though I personally believe He is rather French. look at his belly part, (I don't know how to call that part of shirt)
    It could be BOTH

and BTW ,if asking about historical accuracy, They had Conquistadors fighting with pirate

In term of clothes pattern it's French.
In term of colours shades it's Spanish.

Nice find anyway for both of you, I didn't really expect it to be this exact.

The Guard Seamen have the coolest uniforms and coolest names in this game.
I suddenly have the impression that the toy looked like the Guardias de Infanteria of Spain in NTW (pre 1.3 patch before the Spanish receive peninsular uniforms):
