    Icon7 To the EB Staff

Forgive me if this is in the wrong place. I'm new to EB and twcenter.

I'm playing my first EB campaign (Romani), and while it's overwhelming at first, it becomes quickly addictive.

Aside from semi-frequent CTDs, it's an amazing game.

The skins, language, music, load screens (art and coins), maps, unit types, traits, buildings, etc, etc, ad nauseum are very well done. It all come together beautifully.

It's hard to believe that something this high quality is free! I'd like to thank anyone involved for taking the time to create something like this. (Also, a thanks to those who help w/ the tech issues!)

In my genius, I didn't realize there were fixes to apply. Problem solved, and couldn't be happier. If it wasn't for work, school, and marriage, it'd occupy way too much of my time.

I should warn you, this mod really takes the fun out of the rest of the mods out there.

The voice acting, the music, the government structures, everything is so well done that it blows the competition out of the water.

I can't even play most Medieval 2 mods because of it

Agreed, the only other mod I play besides Europa barbarorum is Invasio Barborum.

The EB team has spoilt me so.

And I can't even bear to look at vanilla Rome ever again.

EB has made each of the nations a joy to play, rather than in vanilla where some nations were not fully developed. From the legions of Rome, to the horse archers of Armenia, to the unarmoured warriors of Germany, to the phalanxes of the successor states who each have distinctive native and auxiliary units to set them apart from the other successor states), each of the nations has its own flavor, and no nations has a clear edge over the others. They are all equal yet different. It's truly an awesome experience.
Sons of Queen Dido, Warriors of Libye (EB AAR)
    http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=237765

A Carthagian AAR about the life of a Libyan Phoenician soldier in the army of Carthage, giving his own account and personal opinions of the battles and conquests Carthage undertakes.

I just know the epicness will blow your minds!!
