    Default ram and siege issue

Im having an issue with siege equipment. I cant deploy them unless i have it selected with another unit (as in select 2 units and drag deploy. TBH its not ruining the game for me but ive only used rams so it may become more irritating as i go on.

If anyone can fire some suggestions at me that would be great.

Its terrain, you can't deploy siege units in forested terrain, and there's a lot of forested terrain in RS1.6, even if it doesn't look that way.

Im almost 100% positive thats not the case . . 1 siege yes i may agree with you but 15 no?

another thing that makes me think its a setting is how the units walk with siege equipment, they do not fall in to formation behind it and face the wrong direction. Also if it was an issue with it being blocked then adding a second unit and dragging and dropping wouldnt work.

If i select the ram unit by itself I cant drag and drop at all or place the unit anywhere during deployment ?

Yea I had some problems with deployment at sieges as well. In fact, it happens every time as far as I can remember. I always just end deployment and let my units stay where they are initially, and then move all the rams and siege towers during the actual battle, on triple speed.
