Music?
I just installed Platinum -mod and it works fine except that there's no music (it is selected in the settings). Is this normal for this mod? (I thought maybe since it is 'total realism' and there is no music in real life battles...

Re: Music?
I don't know about modding TW games, but I took a look into descr_sounds_music.txt. It points to "data/sounds/music". It seems it should be the vanila Rome TW music, but as there is no music folder, and there is no tracks to be found, then there is no music in the mod.
I suppouse one solution could be to add the Rome TW music there manually (i don't know how at the moment, have to search about extracting from DAT files), or ask the mod designers to make a patch to add the Rome music or their own music to the mod.
And excuse my english.

Re: Music?
No wait. It is the track names. "Tension1.mp3" should be named "Tension1-Journey_to_Rome_Part1.mp3". Perhaps RTRPE uses its own music, but it wasn't added in their switch mod version of RTRPE.
I don't know. :p

Re: Music?
just to make things easier
copy the sound folder of Rome Total War Vanilla and place it in your RTRPE Data -> Sound folder.
that will give you the original sound.
you can also download an sound add-on
