Pretty tiny proposal here really, but I was informed about this potential hornet's nest by a feller who I'll keep quiet about unless he wants the credit for this of course.

The Opt-In transparency bill allowed that applications/cases may be moved to the Antechamber upon request of the applicant/defendant. The Antechamber can be seen by all TWC members. However, in the TWCC it specifically says that the Antechamber is viewable to all citizens. I'd like to expand this section to include everyone on the TWC and bring it into line with the current (and legislative) viewing permission by proposing the following minor adjustment.

Section III - Member Ranks and the Curator, Article II. Patronisation

The Curator informs the candidate and patron of the result. If the candidate does not pass, the Curator includes the date at which they may re-apply, and asks the applicant whether they want the application to be made public or kept private. Public cases are kept in the Antechamber, viewable to all ~~Citizens~~members; private cases are kept in the Archives, viewable only to the CdeC.

At the conclusion of the process, the Curator informs the referred member of the result, and asks whether the member wants the case to be made public or kept private. Cases made public are moved to the Antechamber, viewable by all ~~Citizens~~members; private cases are kept in the Politia, viewable only to the CdeC.

A good idea. That way this could be a good indicator of what the applicant should do to make themselves a better candidate as well as set an example to all members what is looked upon as good, quality posts. Works the opposite too, lets people know beforehand too through site of public cases of what to expect in disciplinary action.
