    Hi all im back now so can work on a new version and will take the feedback into account and look into those bugs...

    The white textures bug is vanilla die to the colour mask not loading, try alt tabbing out of the game then reloading as this forces it to reload the textures.

    are you planning on making any of the re-skin packs compatible with you mod? or is this mod just for vanilla based units?

    Your universal mod is the only one I use right now, so I'm really interested in this mod. Just one thing though, would it conflict with a texture pack (just retexturing an existing unit)? And do the grenadiers still have grenades in your mod? That's one unhistorical thing I'll gladly see removed.

    No they dont have grenades and if its just a texture probably... (cant say for sure).

    I will continue updating it when i have ideas as to what to do. Recently i have been busy with the great war though. I hope fairly soon to look at naval combat.

    This mod is brilliant - definately the best mod in terms of BAI

    I like the way that the enemy marches towards me and doesn't run, walk run etc. I've played about 10 battles and each time the BAI forms up well and is always looking to exchange fire rather than just charging my lines in melee. I've tried all the major mods (NER, NoW etc) and would have the odd battle where the AI perfomed well but it was never consistant.

    The Whiff of Sulphur smoke effects are perfect and add 'mood' to the battles and I love the blood.

    Thanks for this great mod - what is the difference between this mod and your Universal AI mod?

    This incoperates gameplay change elements for example different unit stats and small campaign changes which the uai does not.

    How is the CAI ?
    Might be starting up a new campaign game at some point, and so far the mod sounds great.

    Great news.
    I must say that after trying your mod, even though I might be a bit drunk, the AI puts up a challenge now, making me pay for stupid mistakes etc.
    Also the Morale I've found to be great so far, my Old Guard held their ground to the last man was alive before falling back. They must have routed a couple of line infantry units in meele.
    Though I've found the AI to charge abit often, with everything they got, and when all my units are occupied in meele, the sneaky bastards bring up their general to encourage their troops. Pretty awesome (Please note I havent played in a while, so if this has been in vanilla, pay no attention to this mad mans rambling)

    Seems like some people find the casualty rate too high and fast, do you plan to change it? I was going to test your mod but now that a new version seems to be on the way, I guess I'm going to wait a little more. :p
