Rationale: Any M2TW forum frequenter will know. I mean, bloody hell... Just look at his forum: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=270

Every thread there has at least 5 of his replies. Every thread has him listed as last replier. Every problem has been solved by his hands. The entire M2TW community has to thank him somehow, and I think this was is best suited.

He knows every little problem and quirk M2TW has and the way to fix it, I've not seen him fail even once in his advice and he's always helpful and well mannered.

His posts also go as back as even page 151! That's when I stopped looking. 151 pages with 20 threads per page, filled with his helpful posts.

Just give him the damn award. He sure as hell deserves it

Otherwise I agree. Ron is a great guy who helps a lot, and he has been awarded accordingly for that contribution. Under the new definition of Phalera it has to only count contributions to non-TW areas so there's not a lot of overlap. The old definition was basically the same, except that in the new definition areas like "Other Games", the Q&S, and the Capitol forums can count towards Phalera as well.

A similar idea has been posed before. My argument against is the same, which is that after a certain exclusivity level it just becomes further sub-dividing users into tiers for the sake of doing so. We have a hard enough time proposing everyone who deserves a given large award for it, much less dealing with the burden of having to determine if someone is that much more deserving than all the other Opifex recipients, or all the other Double-Opifex recipients, so on and so forth. Large Awards are the 'highest honor' so to speak in a given field, why devalue them?
