I suppose u are saying, You make changes in the text files and then u load the game to see the changes only to find out that it didn't happened.how come when i turn upkeep cost to 0, in medieval, it still the same upkeep cost as last time, and it not 0. Can someone help me?
The only reason for that is u have to load the game with the IO command in the .cfg file of the game.
