Can you sue people in different jurisdictions alltogether in one lawsuit?
Apparently you can, for now.

Alright, I will give the basics. A law firm grouped up with several studios for the movie "Far Cry" and "Hurt Locker", where they agreed that they would sue and settle with 10,000 people for file-sharing there movies. The 10,000 people being sued are still John Does (They have not been identified yet, since its still in subpoena process), and now the judge ruled that all of the 10,000 people can be filed in one suit. That means people from Hawaii, Florida and all over US, is now battling the legal fight in the District Court in D.C. Not there individual district court.
Kind of gay if you think about it.
