This AAR is about a modern day historian researching documents of the Monarchy of France from the end of the 11th century until the end of the 16th century. As she uncovers more information on time past and learns more of what led to the demise of the Monarchy, she is also confronted with the present with a great secret surrounding her as she tries to learn more from past and present. A unique AAR as reviewed from the Critic Quills"Link below" Come and have a look and enjoy your read into fictional French mysteries.
My work in progress AAR, come and have look.

    I’m Philippe.
Philippe Capet, adoptive son of the French King. However, my real name is Muhammad Sahadeddine. I’ve been adopted because of an amazing coincidence. I hope to become soon a hero of Chivalry, and help the poor and the orphans.
    I know, I’ve read a lot of hero stories, but I’m a dreamer…

Let's follow the epic adventure of an eastern son, lost in a western land.

Could he reach glory through epic battles and choices?
Or should he resign to accept a miserable fate everyone wants him to follow?

Description: The Crusades in the Middle East are crumbling as Islam strikes down on the Crusaders, who are already on their deathbeds. The Teutonic Knights left the downfall, relocating in the Far North, where a new type of Crusade will begin. Justice needs to be served in the north, where the word of God has fallen upon deaf ears. If peace cannot cause the Pagans to realise, then the steel of a Teutonic Knight will...

Blood of Zeus - a 'Syracusian Saga'

Game/Mod: RS1.5c played on the RTW Alex .exe
    Author: SonOfAlexander
    Faction: Syracuse

    In A Nutshell:

It's a Hellenic world, but not as we know it...

By 542 AUC, the strategems and fast paced campaigns of Hiero's appointed generals have led to a dramatic shift in the balance of historical power. Syracuse is a small city state rife with Archimedean more - now a great Empire which rules over Sicily, Greece, Macedonia, Italy and many other far flung provinces.

The Empire's armies continue to thrust forward to new conquests, yet life will never be the same again for those under the Syracusian thumb - the new emerging Greek world seen through the eyes of the heros and the misfits in society, as well as the great generals and the damned slaves.

    Teaser from the prologue:

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

    “Halt! Who goes there?”

The mellifluous Greek tones of the South Gate watchman wafted down through the cold northern air to Atticus’ ears. He didn’t answer. As he neared the fort doors, the sentry called again.

“Stop! Who are you? I must see your identification if you want to enter the fort! Who are you?!” he shouted, and nodded to a corporal to his right. The man saluted, touching his palm hastily to his helmet before grabbing a small manuballista that hung limply over the edge of the fort wall. He unlocked a few latches before grabbing a large handle on the side. He swung the machine up to face Atticus, the cold metal now alive and eager to kill.

    He didn’t stop.

I'll join in this one as well I think.

    Hail Caesar!

An Empire Total War AAR, using DMUC 6.0 enforced, as well as AUM and POM's Italian States mods. (Also a few screenshots from RTW just to add to the story).

    Faction: Italian States

Short Description: This AAR is written in the style of a biography. It follows the life of the Italian General Amadeo Vasari right from his birth in 1685 up to his death, whenever that turns out to be. Although I am following a campaign that I am fighting, there will be times that I will "lie" to you about goings on if I feel that it will add to the story. I am also fighting the campaign in order to make an interesting story, so some of the decisions made may well not be the best option, or what I would necessarily do if I was playing to win.

    My Old AARs:
    Uniting a Kingdom - A M2TW:Kingdoms Britannia Campaign
The Greatest Battles of General Sir Lionel Townshend - A DarthMod Empire Campaign
Tales of an Old Soldier - A series of DMUC Battles

The Crown of Aragon - The Iberian Supremacy

    By Theseus1234

    Game: Medieval II Total War

Mods: Stainless Steel 6.1 with Agart's cities and castles mod

    Faction: The Crown of Aragon

Description from the first post: From the maker of The Greater of Two Evils, From a Viking Heritage, and whatever the hell that last one was (I am indeed inserting shameless self-promotion), comes an all new adventure focusing on the triumphs and travails of the Crown of Aragon, a fledging kingdom in Northern Ibera struggling to establish itself in a dangerous, ever-changing world.

    Teaser from Chapter 8:
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
“Uhh I’m sorry, Prince Alfonso,” Oleguer said cautiously. “, but we have bigger problems.” The guard pointed towards the breach in the wall, where the cavalry had turned and rushed through.

“Dammit!” Alfonso swore. The experienced spearmen made short work of the cavalry, but gaps were left open that could easily be exploited by the infantry following behind. “I want all men defending that breach,” the Prince called. “Everyone off the walls!”

Soldiers of all kinds poured into the breach from both sides. Not a man in both armies was committed elsewhere. Aragonese javlinmen cut through Arabic militia while Moorish cavalry trampled over the weak and poorly armed archers. The battle, Alfonso knew, was to be decided here, in this blood filled gap. The Prince could only watch as his troops pushed once more into the breach, desperate to defend themselves, their friends, and their country.

Since my save broke due to rather careless attempts at fun with various unit files. I'll throw this into the ring for the sheer lulz. It's finished as it is unfortunatly.

Title Shadow of the Re-United Kingdom

    Author: StealthEvo

    Game: RTW:BI

Mod: Fourth Age: Total War the new shadow

    Faction: Re-United Kingdom AKA Gondor

    Short Description / Teaser

Follow the (albeit very cut short) beginning of the saga of Elindil of Blackroot Vale, Grandson of the Late King of the Re-United Kingdom. With the kingdoms current borders and territory quickly fading due to overstretched borders and a general lack of ruthless ambition that Atanmir the Seer possessed young Elindil starts his journey with his first (at last) order from the current king's representative. Follow his travels, accompanied with a healthy dose of cynicism, wit and sometimes just pure annoyance.

    Features.

    No battles.
    First person writing.
    Several lovely screenshots
Indetail descriptions of the Key players (with Super sexy backstory)
A differing standing point and play style of the Good guys of the Lord of the rings.

Plus not much more...(due to factors I had partial control in)

    Mod:Stainless Steel 6.3

Faction: the Kingdom of Sicily - Late era campaign. Very Hard - Very Hard

    Short Description / Teaser

The long term goal is: To conquer all cities/lands around the Mediterranean Sea.
The chapters so far is about the struggle the Sicilians have to keep their own land under control.
King Ruggero became Insane because of his big hatred against the people of Venice. He is so jealous that Venice is the famous and most successful city of the world and not Naples. The AAR is about betrayal, love, hate, and ofc.. WAR.

Title : [SV AAR] Látomásai Királyok! - Visions of the Kings (Hungary AAR)

    Author: Beer Money

    Game: M2TW2

    Mod: Sicilian Vespers 3.3

    Faction: Hungary - VH/H

Short Description / Teaser: Despite the foundation of the Empire having been secured by the hand of Kiraly Lazslo, the great king has passed way and bequeathed his empire to a new stward of the kingdom and not his son. A power struggle is brewing while a new costly and total war with the mighty Byzantines to the South could bring all that Laszlo had built crashing down around the prospect of civil war.
